Our services

Six services. Pick what fits.

Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Some clients need every level of care; others need just one. Engage with whatever services serve you — there is no required sequence and no obligation to do more than what's right for you.

Medical Detox

Medically supervised stabilization for alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, and stimulants. Twenty-four hour clinical care to manage withdrawal safely.

Residential Treatment

Immersive 30 to 90-day residential programs combining individual therapy, group work, psychiatric care, and holistic modalities in a structured setting.

PHP, IOP & Outpatient

Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and standard outpatient programs. Day, evening, and virtual options available — designed to fit work and family schedules.

Sober Living

Structured sober living homes in Los Angeles and beyond. Accountability, peer community, and the time needed to build sustainable recovery.

Case Management

Concierge clinical oversight — every appointment, every transition, every clinical decision coordinated by one dedicated case manager.

Intervention Services

When the conversation hasn't worked. Professional interventionists prepare the family, lead the meeting, and coordinate immediate admission to care.

Grief & Loss

Complicated grief, prolonged grief disorder, and loss-driven substance use.

Dual Diagnosis

Simultaneous substance use disorder and mental health diagnosis treated together, not sequentially.

Trauma + Addiction

The most common dual diagnosis combination. Integrated antidepressant management and recovery support.

Bipolar + Substance Use

Mood stabilization integrated with substance use treatment. Particularly important during manic episodes.

ADHD + Stimulants

Untreated ADHD patterns that drove stimulant use. Reassessment and appropriate medication management in recovery.

Common questions

What families ask first

Who do we help?

Men and women who have substance use disorder, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety disorders and sex / love addiction.

It varies from month to month and from house to house. The average range is 18 – 35 years old with the mean age falling somewhere around 24.

We provide structured sober living, long term mentoring and outpatient services.

The average client stays about 5 months. Many stay past 5 months but in terms of commitment, we re-assess a month at a time. The time frame is based on each clients particular recovery goals. Some clients accomplish their goals rather quickly and some need more prolonged community exposure and support.

When a client enters Transcend we allow them to use both their cell phone and computer unless their previous treatment center’s exit plan recommends that they don’t. Also if we feel a client is isolating or in danger, we do reserve the right to restrict or take them away.

We do not provide either medical or therapeutic treatment so no state board offers a license. We are members of The Sober Living Coalition which is a governing body that has yearly inspections and standards for quality.

The first call is the hardest. Make it today.

An admissions specialist is available 24/7 to listen, answer your questions, and help you find the right next step. No pressure. No obligation.
